there was an article a few days ago about a woman in thailand helping trash pickers recycle trash into things?

She helped women make these accesories, like designer bags, beads, etc and they were sold in London boutiques for obscene amounts of money. Anyone read this article? or know of something like it? I want to inspire my art students to make recyclable art.
