What if a disabled veteran was never separated from the IRR?
They have a lung condition that makes them pass out in weather under 50 degrees and 4 leg conditions that limit their ability to walk long distances and can't squat at all. This person was rated 70% by the VA but the Army never let them out of the IRR and their career counselor has made fun of their disability as they muster him at every chance.
Is there away for this disabled vet to stop HRC from harassing him?
Not positive, but doesn't the IRR require you to pass a physical if mustered? If so, then wouldn't this person not be eligible for muster in the IRR if they could not pass the physical?
